The first step is to locate suppliers for the product to be sourced. With so many suppliers catering to such needs, it is critical that we find one that matches the clients requirements.

Probably one of the most important steps. We will ensure that the chosen supplier is genuine and has all of the necessary resources to deliver the goods on time without sacrificing quality. To avoid any mishaps, we personally vet the suppliers.

After vetting the supplier, the next step would be to send a sample to the client for feedback. If the supplier already has the product, we ask the factory to send it right away; otherwise, if the product is new, we obtain basic specifications in order to create a customized sample.

Once the sample is created, clients can have it inspected by third-party companies. We contact them to deliver the product and complete the inspection. The client is also kept informed at all stages of the inspection. All parties are ensured to be on the same page.

Once all of the product specifications and quality checklists have been addressed, we will send the supplier a detailed purchase order. If we intend to collaborate for a longer period of time, we can also sign a contract. We will hire an Indian solicitor to draft the contract.

We will make the first payment to begin production. (The standard is to pay 30% to 50% of the order volume). Once production begins, the time frame ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of product and volume. We keep in touch with the supplier on a regular basis to receive timely updates and to share them with clients.

We also provide graphic services such as package design and insert creation. As a result, we will create them, saving the clients the trouble of finding graphic designers. We must ensure that the packaging is strong enough to withstand a drop test. If the barcode or FNSKU is not printed on the box, we will send it to the supplier as a sticker for them to apply to the box. We'll put "Made in India" on the box. If the client is sending the shipment directly to Amazon FBA, we will also send Amazon supplier carton labels.

If there are storage issues with Amazon FBA, clients must send the shipment to a 3PL. We will also assist if this is required. We will contact 3PLs before the shipment is ready to ensure they have enough space for the products. Here are two of our recommended 3PLs: one in New Jersey and one in Jacksonville, Florida. It is best to use courier or air freight for shipments weighing less than 200 kg.

The time has come to complete the images, videos, keywords, listings, and A+ content. Depending on the client's preference, we can request that our supplier send one perfect sample to either the client or directly to the photographer at our India studio location.

Once the goods have passed inspection and all of the cataloging work has been completed, they are shipped from the factory by shipper or delivered to the port by the supplier, depending on the terms. If shipping by sea from Nhava Sheva, the fastest and most cost-effective route is to the East Coast of the United States. The shipment will now clear customs in India before being loaded onto a ship or plane bound for the United States. The sailing time from Nhava Sheva to New York is approximately 22 days. Add to that a week or two for customs clearance in India and the US, it should take about 35-40 days if there are no delays.

Once the product reaches a 3PL or Amazon FBA, we will create a shipping plan in Seller Central, send carton labels to the 3PL, and request that they send some products to Amazon's fulfillment centers. We'll need to create PPC and marketing campaigns, as well as launch your product on Amazon.

The final step is to conduct an in-depth inspection. We will examine both the front and backend of the account. We will make certain that the product is listed and that it was created in accordance with all Amazon guidelines. This will ensure that the seller's daily operations run smoothly.
